The 18th Annual Joy of Sculling Coaching Conference will take place on Friday, December 10th, 2010 – Sunday, December 12th, 2010. The goal of the conference is to create an enjoyable learning environment in which coaches share their ideas and practices and develop their understanding of Integral Coaching: a comprehensive approach to instruction. In the spirit of the proverbial “Universe found in a grain of sand”, there is much that the senior coach can learn from interaction with his novice counterpart.
