The Joy of Sculling will be offering a Coaching Apprenticeship Program in December 2012 at our Saratoga, NY conference. The overall objective is to start young coaches on their way to being a well‐informed, courageous, thoughtful, ethical and empathic leader.

The Joy of Sculling will be holding an inaugural Conference in San Francisco, CA on February 8-9, 2013. The presenters will include Mike Teti, Al Morrow, Volker Nolte, Ed McNeely, Ernie Maglischo, Sandy Armstrong, Yasmin Farooq, and Michiel Bartman.

The Joy of Sculling is focused on educating coaches by creating an enjoyable learning environment in which coaches share their ideas and practices, and develop their understanding of Integral Coaching: a comprehensive approach to instruction. With this purpose in the James C. Joy Scholarship was created in 2009 to assist young coaches that may not be able to attend the conference due to lack of funds. The scholarship covers registration and lodging for the Saratoga conference and is open to any coach at any level. The deadline for applying/nominating is 10/31/2011. More Info
